In addition to our apprenticeships, we offer the dual degree programs in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Software Technology in cooperation with the TH Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences. The dual study program provides a solid basis for the professional connection of theory and practice.
We also offer bachelor students (m/f/d) the opportunity to write their final thesis in our company or to combine theoretical know-how with practical work experience as working students (m/f/d).

In our competition for qualified experts and talented young people we further intensify our presence at job training and academic studies fairs. The aim is to inform young people about the wide variety of training opportunities as well as possible career prospects.
In addition to participate in vocational fairs, we maintain close contact with selected schools and regularly organise specially designed workshops for the students to give them an initial insight into the fascinating world of automation.
